The Chapeau Noir is a piece of equipment that has a 1 in 10000 chance to drop on a successful pickpocket while [[Thieving]]. The chance to double loot is additive with [[Aorpheat's Signet Ring]]. Equipping both provides a single 15% chance to double loot from [[Thieving]] or [[Combat]].
