Fletching is a skill used to make 
Ranged weapons and ammunition.
Mechanics
Each Fletching action takes 2 seconds. This time can be reduced by 15%, to 1.7 seconds, by purchasing the 
Perpetual Haste god upgrade after the 
Air God Dungeon has been completed at least once. It can further be reduced by 0.2 seconds by acquiring the pet, 
Quill, and then by another 0.2 seconds if the 95% Mastery pool checkpoint has been reached. When all three of these bonuses are active, the time per action will be reduced to 1.3 seconds.

after the player reaches Level 99.
Regular Skillcape
The Fletching Skillcape is the skillcape for the Fletching skill. It can be purchased for 1,000,000 from the Shop once the player reaches Level 99 in the Fletching skill. The Fletching Skillcape offers the following benefits when worn:

Superior Skillcape
The 
Superior Fletching Skillcape is the superior skillcape for the Fletching skill. It can be purchased for 10,000,000 from the Shop once the player reaches Level 120 in the Fletching skill. Level 120 can only be reached if the player owns the 
Throne of the Herald expansion. Likewise, the superior skillcape can only be purchased if the player owns this expansion. The superior skillcape offers the following benefits when worn:
x2 Items received from Fletching, +100% Chance to gain +1 additional resource in Fletching (Cannot be doubled), and +1 base primary resource quantity gained in Fletching for Gem-Tipped Bolts
