Sandstorm Ring is a Ring that has no stats, but instead provides a special attack if using Melee. If paired with a weapon which also has a special attack, both specials will have a chance to occur each turn (although only one special attack may trigger on each turn).
Overall, the Sandstorm Ring is best used in early-game, when the Melee attack type is in use but Diamond Luck Potions are not yet available. In the mid-game this ring is superseded by Diamond Luck potions, as the ring's special attack time is too long and therefore can no longer provide sufficient DPS.
