Dragonbreath refers to a few special attacks that deal a large number of less impactful hits. The special attacks that count as Dragonbreath, which monsters use them and items to negate their damage are found below. For Dragonbreath that applies a Burn effect, you will need sources of Burn Mitigation to reduce the effects of Burn.
