When a consumable item is equipped, one of the items is consumed in exchange for the status bonus each time an action relevant to the currently equipped consumable is performed. The bonus does not stack or scale with the quantity of the equipped consumable. Consumable items may be preserved with a 20% chance if the player is using the {{AgilityIcon|Elite Pillar of Endowment}}.
 
Consumable items are available from a variety of sources, with many of them being acquired exclusively from the {{BuildingIcon|Trading Post}} in {{Skill|Township}}. Some consumables may also be enhanced by upgrading them with the {{ItemIcon|Consumable Enhancer}}, which increases the potency of the bonus provided.
