Rune Gear can be obtained by defeating the Rune Knight. Rune Knights also drops the Amulet of Glory, which is the best Amulet for Combat when upgrated to the Elite Amulet of Glory. For farming the Amulet you should concider Scattered Goo Monster instead, due to it's higher Drop Rate and lower Combat Level.
