PAGENAME is a skill used to make Ranged weapons and ammunition.

Fletching is used to make Ranged weapons and ammunition. Each Fletching action takes 2 seconds. This time can be reduced by 20%,  to 1.6 seconds, by purchasing the Perpetual Haste god upgrade. Raising Fletching to level 99 will unlock the Fletching Skillcape for purchase from the Shop. The Fletching Skillcape doubles the amount of items created when Fletching. This effect applies at every crafting step, making it possible to quadruple the amount of items made.

Each Fletching action takes 2 seconds. This time can be reduced by 15%,  to 1.7 seconds, by purchasing the Perpetual Haste god upgrade after the Air God Dungeon has been completed at least once. It can further be reduced by 0.2 seconds by acquiring the pet, Fletching, and then by another 0.2 seconds if the 95% Mastery pool checkpoint has been reached. When all three of these bonuses are active, the time per action will be reduced to 1.3 seconds.

Skilled Fletching Potions provide a 5-25% chance to double the items produced. This effect stacks with the Fletching Skillcape, making it possible to turn 1 log into 4 unstrung bows and then 16 strung bows if the player is lucky enough to have the fletching potion trigger for both steps.

The Fletching Skillcape doubles the amount of items created when Fletching. This effect applies at every crafting step, making it possible to quadruple the amount of items made when crafting bows by doubling on both creating unstrung bows and then again when stringing them.

The TotHThrone of the Herald Expansion introduces further interval reductions: Sharp Fletcher Gloves provide a 0.1 second reduction when equipped, and the Mountain Trail Obstacle provides a 0.2 second reduction when active. A further reduction of 3% is possible with the Elite Pillar of Expertise, and 2% once Harold is unlocked. When crafting arrows, the Eagle + Beaver synergy provides a further 0.3 second reduction. This leads to a minimum action interval of 0.9 seconds when fletching items other than arrows, and 0.6 seconds when fletching arrows.

Fletching has only one Mastery unlock associated with it. Each mastery level above level one gives a 0.20% chance to preserve resources when Fletching. For example, at mastery level 51, there would be a 10% chance to preserve resources while Fletching.

Skill boosts are special enhancements that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the player's skills. These boosts can come from a variety of sources such as equipment, potions, pets, and masteries. Global boosts are boosts which apply across all skills. A boost can be assumed to be for the listed skill only, unless specifically stated it is a global boost. Boosts help the player to progress faster and achieve higher levels of mastery in each skill. The following are some common types of skill boosts and what they do:

*Increased Skill XP: Increases the amount of experience points (XP) gained.
*Decreased Skill Interval: Reduces the time it takes to complete skilling actions, allowing the player to perform more actions in a given period.
*Preservation Chance: Increases the likelihood that resources or items used during skill actions are not consumed.
*Increased Chance to Double Items: Gives a higher chance of receiving double the items or resources when performing skill-related actions.
