The Crown of Rhaelyx is a powerful rare item acquired by combining the 
Circlet of Rhaelyx with the 
Jewel of Rhaelyx. When worn, it gives a 10% chance to preserve materials when training any non-combat skill that stacks additively with other such effects.
The two component pieces are found by training non-combat skills. The drop rate for the pieces depends on the player's total Mastery level, and the details can be found on the page for each item.
