Ghostly Parrot gives +10% chance to obtain global rare items, as well as all Mastery Tokens, Bird Nests from Woodcutting, Gems from Mining, and Coal from Firemaking. It does NOT give a bonus chance to find any rare item from monsters in Combat or NPCs in Thieving.
