When worn, the Amulet of Looting automatically sends any items that would be received from defeated monsters to the player's Bank. It has a 4.55% drop rate from Spider Chests in the Spider Forest.
You likely won't be able to grind the boss that drops it until the mid-game when you are fairly strong. Full Mithril Gear will do if you are in a hurry. Just make sure you have Auto Eat and lots and lots of food. However, Adamant or Rune Armor will make it much easier.
