[[Herblore#Skill_Potions|Elemental Potions]] can be used to provide a 5-50% chance to obtain one random elemental rune each time runes are crafted. Raising Runecrafting to level 99 will unlock the [[Runecrafting Skillcape]] for purchase from the [[Shop]].
