This guide attempts to answer for which skills to use Ghostly Parrot and for which skills to use which skillcape for the Mastery grind and why.
This guide is not meant for people that do not care about Mastery or don't plan on getting 100% completion.

Woodcutting Skillcape | Can't beat the interval reduction for more Mastery Token (Woodcutting). Although Error creating thumbnail: File missing Woodcutting keeps it's high intervals on trees and the overall Mastery Token (Woodcutting) is low on this skill.

Ghostly Parrot | Twice the fish has no real use when mastery is the goal. |

Ghostly Parrot | The Skillcape does not provide any increases to either interval or Mastery. If you're going for the Error creating thumbnail: File missing Township Task number 17, the Firemaking Skillcape will be more than worth it.

Ghostly Parrot | If you're crafting Arrows, Bolts or Javelins the skillcape would be worth it. For anything else you don't need more items of the sort. |

Ghostly Parrot | You should be drowning in potions by the time you max out their mastery anyway. Making more rather pointless. |

Ghostly Parrot | Provides much more mastery through Mastery Token (Astrology) in a skill where mastery takes longer than skill xp. Might be worth using the Astrology Skillcape if you're short on Stardust and Golden Stardust (which you shouldn't be by the time you max out all the Constellations. |
