This guide attempts to answer for which skills to use Ghostly Parrot and for which skills to use which skillcape for the Mastery grind and why.
This guide is not meant for people that do not care about Mastery or don't plan on getting 100% completion.

Error creating thumbnail: File missing Woodcutting	Woodcutting Skillcape	Can't beat the interval reduction for more Mastery Token (Woodcutting). Although Error creating thumbnail: File missing Woodcutting keeps it's high intervals on trees and the overall Mastery Token (Woodcutting) is low on this skill.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Fishing	Ghostly Parrot	Twice the fish has no real use when mastery is the goal.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Firemaking	Ghostly Parrot	The Skillcape does not provide any increases to either interval or Mastery. If you're going for the Error creating thumbnail: File missing Township Task number 17, the Firemaking Skillcape will be more than worth it.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Cooking	Cooking Skillcape	Interval Reduction means much faster mastery and more Mastery Token (Cooking)
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Mining	Ghostly Parrot	The coal generated by the skillcape shouldn't be needed when you reach Error creating thumbnail: File missing Level 99 as it can be bought from Error creating thumbnail: File missing Township.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Smithing	Ghostly Parrot	After 99 Error creating thumbnail: File missing Smithing you shouldn't need any coal anymore, you'll get more than enough from Error creating thumbnail: File missing Township.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Thieving	Thieving Skillcape	The interval on this skill is already rather low, lowering it even further will end up in more Mastery Token (Thieving).
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Fletching	Ghostly Parrot	If you're crafting Arrows, Bolts or Javelins the skillcape would be worth it. For anything else you don't need more items of the sort.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Crafting	Crafting Skillcape	Can't beat the interval reduction. Lower interval = more Mastery and more Mastery Token (Crafting).
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Runecrafting	Ghostly Parrot	Rune mastery should be done by the time you hit 120 making both the doubling and extra runes from crafts useless.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Herblore	Ghostly Parrot	You should be drowning in potions by the time you max out their mastery anyway. Making more rather pointless.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Agility	Ghostly Parrot	Optimal strategy uses as low intervals on every obstacle thus granting a lot more Mastery Token (Agility).
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Summoning	Ghostly Parrot	Aiming for max Mastery should only be done at a point where you no longer care about either preservation, doubling or tablets created.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Astrology	Ghostly Parrot	Provides much more mastery through Mastery Token (Astrology) in a skill where mastery takes longer than skill xp. Might be worth using the Astrology Skillcape if you're short on Stardust and Golden Stardust (which you shouldn't be by the time you max out all the Constellations.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Cartography	Cartography Skillcape	Does not have Mastery
Error creating thumbnail: File missing Archaeology	Archaeology Skillcape	Skillcape provides increased digchance which is generally more valuable than Mastery Token (Archaeology), if your dig chance is already above 100% without the skillcape then Ghostly Parrot should be used (this wont be untill you reach Error creating thumbnail: File missing Archaeology level 120).
