This guide attempts to answer for which skills to use Ghostly Parrot and for which skills to use which skillcape for the Mastery grind and why.
This guide is not meant for people that do not care about Mastery or don't plan on getting 100% completion.

Ghostly Parrot If you're crafting Arrows, Bolts or Javelins the skillcape would be worth it. For anything else you don't need more items of the sort.

Ghostly Parrot Rune mastery should be done by the time you hit 120 making both the doubling and extra runes from crafts useless.

Ghostly Parrot You should be drowning in potions by the time you max out their mastery anyway. Making more rather pointless.

Ghostly Parrot Optimal strategy uses as low intervals on every obstacle thus granting a lot more Mastery Token (Agility).

Summoning
Ghostly Parrot Aiming for max Mastery should only be done at a point where you no longer care about either preservation, doubling or tablets created.

Astrology
Ghostly Parrot Provides much more mastery through Mastery Token (Astrology) in a skill where mastery takes longer than skill xp. Might be worth using the Astrology Skillcape if you're short on Stardust and Golden Stardust (which you shouldn't be by the time you max out all the Constellations.
