To Idle a Dungeon or Monster means to attack it without any input from the player.

This is generally accepted to be able to do 100% safely, this is done by keeping their Maximum Damage under the

Threshold (or being 100% sure that effects like Lifesteal heal the health bar up enough before taking the next hit of Damage).
