Cartography which happens randomly when travelling over water tiles. The chance for a Random Travel Event increases with each water hex in your path and can be further increased with 
Captains Logbook.
The Treasure Map is used to obtain a 
Golden Golbin Statue from another random travel event. The player must have at least 1 Treasure Map in their bank to get the Golden Golbin Statue. It is possible to recieve more than 1 Treasure Map before getting the Golden Golbin Statue.
