It's recommended to beat the Earth God Dungeon with Magic, since enemies here are mostly melee, including Terran, due to the Combat Triangle.

With 54% you can do the whole thing with even less HP, and you should have access to all these items by now. If for some reason your HP is still quite low, you can push the HP required further down with 
Silver Diamond Ring, allowing you to do the dungeon easier.
Using 
Fire Imbued Wand with Ignite is usually recommended due to cost of runes and damage.
If you haven't grinded Fury of the Elemental Zodiacs yet, you could use 
Elite Amulet of Magic, or at the very least 
Silver Diamond Necklace instead, with the same DR% stat.
