Ranged

Ranged indicates how good you are with ranged combat. It determines the material of bow, arrows, and ranged armour you can use. Higher levels of Ranged increases your maximum hit and accuracy rating with ranged weapons. 0.4 Ranged experience is earned per point of damage done while wielding a bow. This can be increased by 10% by equipping the Gold Emerald Ring. Raising ranged to level 99 will unlock the Ranged Skillcape for purchase from the Shop. Equipping the skillcape gives a 50% chance to preserve arrows shot.

Material Unlocks

Each bow, arrow, and armour material requires a certain ranged level to be equipped. Below are some tables detailing which ranged level is required for which material.
