How the method works
You deal Poison damage to gain

Buy either Plentiful Resupply at

and sell every single item you get from it. This turns into 28.88 for Plentiful Resupply and 55.49 for Bountiful Resupply per SC.
The setup before the optimal upgrades provides 11.75 million Slayer Coins which turns into 339,340,000 per hour with Plentiful Resupply.
Optimal tweaks provide 14.01 million Slayer Coins which turns into 777,414,900 per hour with Bountiful Resupply.
Even though there is technically a death chance (numbers are orange in Combat Simulator) this was ran at 1.000.000 trials and showed no deaths.
