Allows for quickly creating skill requirement setups. So for example {{AbyssalSkillReq|Farming|40}} becomes Farming (skill).svg Level 40.

If 'showtext' is set, the name of the skill is also displayed. {{AbyssalSkillReq|Herblore|15|showtext=true}} becomes Herblore (skill).svg Herblore Level 15
