Laceration is a combat debuff that will make the target take 4% of Attacker's Max Hit as damage every 0.5s. 4 stacks (Max: 25). Last until end of fight.

Reason: This is part of the Combat Effects. Due to changes in 1.3 these modifiers will have to be redone.
