Realms are a thematic way to categorise content in Melvor Idle. Introduced alongside the
Into the Abyss Expansion, they aim to provide a clean and tidy way for content to be added to the game that can be separate from other content.
Realms
The
is the original/default Realm in the game. All content from the Full Version, Throne of the Herald Expansion, and Atlas of Discovery Expansion are in the Melvor Realm. The first two dungeons of the
Into the Abyss Expansion are also in this Realm. The
has all other content from
Into the Abyss. By existing in a new realm, Into the Abyss can reward the player with new buffs and modifier sources without making the player overpowered in other Realms. There is one additional realm that is added with the
Into the Abyss Expansion. The following spoiler box details the realm and how to gain access to said realm.

This additional realm is the Error creating thumbnail: File missing Eternal Realm. Like the Abyssal Realm, modifiers that specifically state "Error creating thumbnail: File missing Melvor Realm", "Error creating thumbnail: File missing Abyssal Realm", "Error creating thumbnail: File missing Normal Damage" or "Error creating thumbnail: File missing Abyssal Damage" will not work here.
Access to the Eternal Realm will be unlocked once the Error creating thumbnail: File missing Eternity Mitt has been crafted. The Eternity Realm adds a new damage type, Error creating thumbnail: File missing Eternal Damage. There are only a few sources of this and there are no enemies that resist Eternal Damage however this may change in the future.
Nothing found in the Eternal Realm, including the Eternity Mitt itself and all of the Stones required to make the Mitt (excluding Error creating thumbnail: File missing Soul Stone), is required for completion.
The Eternal Realm is currently inaccessible because the Error creating thumbnail: File missing Present Stone does not have a source. The Eternal Realm is incomplete and any information (excluding how to access it) may change in the future.

Differences
Several core game concepts exist as parallel versions in the two realms. Modifiers in the game can be
