Throne of the Herald expansion logo

The Throne of the Herald Expansion (V1.1) is the first major expansion released for Melvor Idle following the game's V1.0 launch. The expansion had a staged release, in which stage 1 occurred on the 18th October 2022 and included the free portion of content, while stage 2 occurred on the 20th October 2022 and included the remaining level 120 content.

Content

Content released as part of the Throne of the Herald Expansion was larger in scope than any previous major update.

Stage 1 occurred on the 18th October 2022, releasing the following for all players:

    Township
    , a new skill
  • Official mod support, including an in-game mod browser, and allowing for mods to be used across all platforms
  • Quality of Life improvements, balance changes, and bug fixes

Stage 2 occurred two days later on the 20th October 2022. On this day the expansion became available to purchase on Steam & mobile platforms, introducing the following for players who purchased the expansion:

  • All skill levels increased from Level 99 to Level 120
  • Additional content for every single skill to accommodate for the new levels
  • Combat comes with 8 new Slayer Areas and 7 new Dungeons
  • 500+ new Items to discover
  • 55 new Monsters to face, increasing in difficulty as you reach Level 120 in
