Herblore

Revision as of 10:45, 22 June 2024 by Rensvert (talk | contribs)

Herblore is used to make potions that grant bonuses to various skills and combat actions. A single potion has multiple charges and will not be consumed until all the charges are depleted. Potions must first be equipped for use, with each skill having its own potion slot, accessible by selecting the potion icon at the top right of the game screen while on the respective skill page the potion is used in. The automatic re-use of potions can be enabled through the potion menu.

will unlock the Herblore Skillcape for purchase from the Shop. Equipping the Herblore Skillcape doubles potion production. Making a potion normally takes 2 seconds. Purchasing the

Potion Tiers

New tiers of potions are unlocked at certain

levels. Once a tier has been unlocked, new potions brewed will automatically be made at that tier. If you somehow miss a tier, any tier of potion can be obtained through the use of   Herblore Potions. All tiers of a potion cost the same materials and reward the same experience, providing additional charges and/or more potent effects as the tier increases. Potions in the bank can be upgraded to the next tier once the player has the appropriate

Mastery

level at a 3:1 ratio. For example, a player with

Potions

Potions are consumable items that grant various effects to players based on their type. Potions come with charges, with one charge consumed per action, regardless of whether the effect triggers. Potions are crafted using herbs and one or more secondary ingredients. There are four tiers of potions, each offering enhanced benefits like additional charges or stronger effects. Players can upgrade potions to higher tiers once they've reached the required mastery level. Upon unlocking the next mastery level, higher tier potions are automatically crafted.

There are two categories of potions in Melvor Idle, combat potions and skill potions. Combat potions boost the effectiveness of combat and can only be used during combat.
