Cost Reduction

Cost Reduction is a mechanic that reduces the cost of an action. Costs are rounded up to the nearest integer. This means if there is a base cost of 5 items, it would require 20% cost reduction to reduce the costs down to 4. An overall cost increase of just 1% would increase the cost to 6.
