This dungeon is locked behind completion of {{ZoneIcon|Lair of the Spider Queen}}, but luckily it can be fully idled.

Like all other dungeon bosses, {{MonsterIcon|Lady Darkheart}} can heal, so one must have enough DPS to break through her healing mechanic. This build relies on stun-chaining with {{ItemIcon|Lightning 2H Coil Staff}} to prevent her from healing, so the variance in kill times can be quite drastic. Once can also speed up the dungeon considerably by swapping out low DPS items (mostly the {{ItemIcon|Guardian Amulet}} and possibly {{ItemIcon|Wasteful Ring}}) with higher DPS items (such as {{ItemIcon|Shield of Magic Power}} and {{ItemIcon|Burning Madness Ring}}) for more stun chance, but the higher DPS build cannot idle the boss fight, or the dungeon mobs.
