The Stronghold Equipment Swapping upgrade enables Equipment and Food swapping during Strongholds. Without the upgrade, you are unable to swap any Equipment Sets, Gear or Food within a Stronghold.
Sets can be swapped between using the equipment menu on the right side of the top bar.
