====Potion Tiers====
Each level of Herblore [[Mastery]] increases the chance to preserve resources by 0.20%. Raising the mastery level to 15, 40, and 65, will unlock Tier II, Tier III, and Tier IV potions. Once a new potion tier has been unlocked, new potions brewed will automatically be made at that tier for no extra cost.

== Acquiring Herbs ==
New tiers of potions are unlocked at certain {{Icon|Mastery}} levels. Once a tier has been unlocked, new potions brewed will automatically be made at that tier. If you somehow miss a tier, any tier of potion can be obtained through the use of {{ItemIcon|Herblore Potion IV|Herblore Potions}}. All tiers of a potion cost the same materials and reward the same experience, providing additional charges and/or more potent effects as the tier increases.

Each potion requires both an herb and a secondary ingredient. While secondary ingredients can be acquired in a variety of ways, herbs are acquired exclusively through the {{Skill|Farming}} skill until the player can make the {{ItemIcon|Lucky Herb Potion I|Lucky Herb Potion}} at {{SkillReq|Herblore|50}}. As such, players looking to train Herblore will need to start by training Farming.
Potions in the bank can be upgraded to the next tier once the player has the appropriate {{Icon|Mastery}} level at a 3:1 ratio. For example, a player with {{MasteryReq|Melee Accuracy Potion I|20}} can convert three {{ItemIcon|Melee Accuracy Potion I}}s into one {{ItemIcon|Melee Accuracy Potion II}}.
