Strongholds have 3 tiers: Normal, Augmented and Superior. The rewards from previous tiers have to be equipped in order to start the next tier.

In addition to the below loot, each monster in a Stronghold drops it's normal loot. For Boss monsters, this is the dungeon chest you would obtain when completing the respective dungeon.
